Rules and regulations for ANANDABAZAR PATRIKA SAPTAPADI 2009,
ticket holders to be organized at Netaji Indoor Stadium,Kolkata from 27th February-2nd March 2009:

 

  • The bearers of this ticket understand that sending the coupons implies acceptance to the terms and conditions of the lucky draw.
  • ABP Pvt. Ltd. and Sponsors shall not be responsible if the winner is unavailable at the contact details provided by the participant despite reasonable attempts being made to inform him/her.
  • Winners will be selected on the basis of a lucky draw from all the correct entries received.
  •  To participate in the lucky draw, all bearers should have reached the age of majority on the date of submission of entries.
  • The winner shall produce identity proof (electoral card/ passport/ driving license/ institutional ID card) and copy (ies) of the coupon(s) to be produced at the time of receiving the prize.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non – refundable and cannot be exchanged and/or redeemed for cash.
  • ABP Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any warranty either expressed or implied, concerning the prizes.
  • Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer of the prizes.
  • Winners will have to pay tax on the prizes as per existing provisions of the Income Tax Act. If the winner does not agree to comply, an alternative winner selected similarly, who agrees to pay the tax will be chosen.
  • Incomplete and/or illegible coupons shall be disqualified.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to add / withdraw and /or alter any of the terms and conditions of this promotion / lucky draw at any time, without any prior intimation.
  • Employees, relatives and family members of ABP Pvt. Ltd., sponsors and Bates 141 shall not be eligible to participate in the promotion / lucky draw.
  • All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the promotion / lucky draw against ABP Pvt. Ltd. and sponsors.
  • This promotion / lucky draw is open only to Indian Nationals residing in India .
  • In the event that for compelling reasons any winner is unable to collect his prize personally, the prize may be handed over to a duly authorized person in such manner as prescribed by the ABP Pvt Ltd.
  • Any prizes remaining unclaimed for 72 hours after the announcement of the winner shall be forfeited.

  1. The decision of ABP Pvt. Ltd will be final and binding with regard to any dispute arising out of this lucky draw and is non-contestable.

  2. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata only.
