Deadlines

A. Receipt of release orders
Release Orders pertaining to normal daily issues of working day 2 should reach us latest by 2:00 pm on working day 1
B. Deadline for cancellation
 l Cancellation letter pertaining to the normal daily issues of working day 2 should reach latest by 2:30 pm on working day 1.
l Cancellation letter pertaining to front page of main issue as well as metro section will be honoured if the same is received at least 2 working days in advance.
 l In case of cancellation of frontpage advertisement, 50% cancellation charge will be taken unless the cancellation is intimated to us 2 working days in advance.
C. Advertising materials
Materials should reach our office on the previous working day by 5 pm.
Materials that will be prepared by us need to reach by 3 pm on the previous working day.
